Best Position to lose virginity?

Ok so my boyfriend and i have been together for a while and we have tried to have (he got it in about half way and i started yelling and bleeding) so i know its going to hurt. but now everytime we try again i get so scared and feel pain (i guess he tore some of my hymen but its not fully gone). any reccomendations on positions to make this easier? less painfull? we really love eachother.
