Reading letters in English, written by a European?

I have a friend's email address and she lives in Prague. The problem is that I can't read it. I have the domain, it's @seznam.cz, but I can't make out the other letters. Sometimes, europeans make their letters differently than Americans do, and I can't make them out. Anyone have any suggestions? Know where I can find someone from the Czech Republic, or somewhere nearby that could decipher this for me? Thanks for the suggestions.
