Has anyone had a baby tesyed for downs syndrome and got the all clear?

just had twin granddaughters one has a small hole in the heart, a protruding tounge,and a mishaped left ear she is been tested for downs syndrome.has anyone out there had a baby tested for this condition and got the all clear
