Is my diet alright for weightloss?

Don't worry about the nutrients you're fine. Don't worry about counting calories either. If you eat more natural foods like your fruits and vegetables you will naturally drop the weight. And you don't even need to exercise. I know most people don't want to just eat fruits and veggies so just give yourself one good sized meal a day of what you enjoy and eat fruits and veggies for the other meals of the day. Also avoid cow milk. Try almond milk.
