10 week old with cough/congestion (clear) and no fever and good appetite?

I am using saline and suction and also a little vicks baby rub but I am wondering what could be causing it. He is coughing and congested but has no fever and a good appetite. He's a little more sleepy but is happy when awake. should I be worried?
