Why do people need to wash there cars when there is not enough water in the world for car washing?

I don't understand why people wash there cars, do they not realize we are running out of oil and water? I think everyone should be taxed at 80 percent so they would not have enough money to wash there cars or not be able to have a car at all. Then they would have to walk, and probably get a job somewhere close to there house so they would not have to make green house ges with their greed. And we could all begin to understand the barter economy and natural service industries. People could grow their own gardens, and then even marajuana would be legal. We all need to vote democratic for Dennis Kusinich and then he will make this world a better place for young people and old alike and we would all be even and fair and no one would have to have a job that they didn't like just to get by. And we would not be able to afford beef so more people would be vegitarian and no more harm to animals would happen. All the cows would be able to live there life peacefully with no preditors and live until they died naturally in a pasture with a rainbow and everything would be like it should.
