Why we celebrate Christmas on 25th December, whereas ?

i agree with everything thing you said....... my aunt and uncle learned about the origins of christmas a few years ago and quit celebrating it, which got my immediate family no longer celebrating it either... they also taught us about pork and how god tells us not to eat it.. so we dont eat pork anymore.... i think a lot of christians are confused or dont realize because its been celebrated for years and not many people understand the verses about pork.
