What's Nick Carraway's weakness(-es) in The Great Gatsby? Examples?

I'm trying to do a character ysis on this for school. I think his weakness is not standing up for himself, but I'm not quite sure what to use for an example. I'm not totally sure what other things could be weaknesses for Nick either. Yes, I did read the book.
