Windows Defender is always turned off error 0x0008106ba?

This is all i get and i am told to restart and search help and support. Is this because i have other anti virus things as i have Microsoft Security Essentials, Spyware Terminator, Avast and Malware Bytes is this the problem or is it something else? I really could do with starting this up.
