Why are the cowboys constantly overrated, along with the whole NFC East?

I just don't understand how the so called "experts" constantly pick them to win the NFC... 1-6 are you kidding me? And I'm tired of hearing about how the NFC east is the best division in football. No one can see the AFC north. They should just let two AFC teams play in the Superbowl this year.
