What is the movie featuring the song "Walk like a Man" by the Four Seasons?

In the movie four people on a bus are killed accidently and are "linked" to a child born that night...he is the only one who can see or hear them except each other. His unknowing parents start to think he's crazy when he's preschool age... so the four "vanish" in order for him to have a "normal" life... they reappear when he is about to marry the wrong girl... to set him straight... they sing this song all through the movie... it is a great movie... I don't know who the actors are either... I'd appreciate any help finding this movie!!!
