How did Hitler gain support from the Hitler Youth movement and the league of German Maidens?

I know about the "Adolf Hitler" schools, I was going to put about their education in school but that isn't really targetting those two sanctions. So all I have are the Hitler schools and propaganda/nazi pride via the things they made the children do at camps etc...
