Hair cut and colour advice please!?

The cut is nice but you have to remember that it has been done by a hairdresser and to keep it looking like that is not as easy as you think plus on the practical side the front could drive you mad it would me. As far as the colour is concerned I'm afraid dark hair has a lot of natural red as its base and to get through the red you do need a bleach product. But with this colour it is only highlighted so this should not damage your hair to much please please go to a good hairdresser to have this done and good luck
