Do you think I'm still contagious?

I went to the doctor last tuesday. I was told I had a upper respiratory infection that could possibly turn to bronchitis. I developed a lot of coughing the next couple days but that has sort of calmed down. I have been on zpak since tues and I have ran out already. I feel a lot better, I am barely coughing and have just a little bit of congestion, but chest is still kind of sore. My fiance wants to come over but I don't want her to get sick bc were going to the casino in just a few days. What do you think? am I contagious still? Is a upper respiratory infection contagious to begin with? and since I have been on zpak does that negate the contagiousness?
