Anyone else think "Criminal Minds" has gone down hill since Mandy Patimkin left?

It used to be the thinking person's crime drama, but's its degenerated into just another lowest-common-denominator, generic, fax-machine written cop show. I'm sorry, Rossi just really comes across as dull, pompous a$$ to me, and, unfortunately, consciously or unconsciously, the leaders of the team dictate the show's tone and direction.
