Help please. Any storys about your singing and how its changed?

Guys i really need help...I love to sing and im only 15 but i dont like how my voice it..Its not powerfull yet and it changes everyday. Sometimes it will be strong and the next day itll be congested and weak..Anyone have storys of how they felt this way and are now successfull singers?
